The bears were telling him that the Annaly Capital Management's (NYSE: NLY) dividend will be cut, but Mike Farrell kept the dividend high. Cramer is a buyer of this stock. Annaly Capital Management (NLY) gained 0.27% on Friday.

Jim Cramer advised investors to buy Wynn Resorts (NASDAQ: WYNN), because this stock is going to $100. Wynn Resorts (WYNN) jumped 3.62%, and closed at $90.20 on Friday.

Primerica, Inc. (NYSE: PRI) is very inexpensive stock, said Cramer. This stock is a buy, in his opinion, becuase personal finance is on fire. Primerica, Inc. (PRI) gained 1.37% on Friday.
