Stocks To Watch For June 14
Some of the stocks that may grab investor focus today are:
Wall Street expects Pier 1 Imports Inc (NYSE: PIR) to post its Q1 EPS at $0.16 on revenue of $360.01 million. PIR shares rose 0.58% to $15.67 in after-hours trading.
C.R. Bard Inc (NYSE: BCR) lifted its quarterly dividend to $0.20 per share from $0.19 per share. The company also announced its plans to buy back up to $500 million in stock. BCR shares gained 0.97% to close at $99.44 yesterday.
Analysts are expecting Kroger Co (NYSE: KR) to have earned $0.73 per share on revenue of $29.13 billion in the first quarter. KR shares fell 1.36% to $21.00 in after-hours trading.
Aegerion Pharmaceuticals Inc (NASDAQ: AEGR) announced its plans to sell its common stock in an underwritten public offering. AEGR shares tumbled 6.59% to $15.44 in the after-hours trading session.
Analysts expect Smithfield Foods Inc (NYSE: SFD) to post its Q4 earnings at $0.53 per share on revenue of $3.26 billion. SFD shares gained 0.66% to $19.70 in after-hours trading.
